Rituparna Bhattacharjee, Ph.D.

Ms. Rituparna Bhattacharjee obtained her BS from University of Calcutta, India (2007) and MS (second position in the merit list) from North Eastern Hill University, India in Chemistry (2009). She got her PhD degree in Chemistry under Prof. Ram Kinkar Roy from BITS PILANI, Pilani Campus, India. She also worked in Prof. Ken Jordan’s lab at University of Pittsburgh, USA as a summer visiting student in 2014. She is a member of The Royal Society of Chemistry, UK. At present, she is a visiting scholar under Prof. Li at the Dept. of Industrial and Physical Pharmacy,Purdue University. She is interested about theoretical studies of locality of intermolecular interactions in organic crystals using conceptual density functional theory.
